We absolutely love Bug & Bird! We have been customers for over a year now and I’ve ordered numerous times and we have never had a problem. They have great quality items. I love how most items are gender neutral. I like to dress my 1 year old and 4 year old in matching. I can’t say it enough but these 2 ladies ALWAYS have OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. One time I picked the incorrect size by accident (my fault) I emailed them and they literally responded within 10 minutes and this was on a Friday night. Customer service is why I shop small business. We have a decent following on IG and I see where Bug & Bird team up with other small shops to make the complete outfit look from head to toe. I will definitely keep coming back to Bug & Bird to support them.
